Website for a real estate company

The client, an emerging real estate company from Merkendorf, initially requested a simple one-page solution. However, we knew that achieving visibility on the internet with just one page is nearly impossible. Therefore, we recommended creating multiple pages to target key keywords. This not only makes it easier for potential buyers to find the information but also allows them to share links and inform friends and family about their dream properties. Additionally, a separate page for the acquisition area was necessary to ensure better visibility here as well. To optimize the user experience, we developed a comprehensive form that includes all the relevant fields.

We used ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) to develop custom layouts for the real estate properties, ensuring the presentation of houses and apartments is as clear and appealing as possible. A custom slider was integrated to showcase the properties in the best light – you can find a separate article about it here. The design decisions were based on the client's preferences: beige and minimalist. The website is meant to avoid distracting bright colors. However, the red call-to-action from the logo ensures that the users' attention is directed precisely where it needs to go.

A page that perfectly fulfills its purpose. Visitors get all the information they need to purchase a property and can easily get in touch. It can be that simple.
